    Job Summary:


    The Business Acceptance Analyst role at Allens involves managing client and matter onboarding, conducting conflict searches, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting risk management across the firm.



    Key Responsibilities



    • Conduct conflict searches using firm systems to identify potential conflicts of interest.

    • Analyze conflict reports, resolve concerns, and elevate issues when required.

    • Perform initial and ongoing CDD (customer due diligence), including risk assessments and identity verification.

    • Conduct PEP sanctions adverse media screening elevated high-risk findings maintain accurate records assist with AUSTRAC audits monitor review client risk ratings trigger events screenings alerts collaborate partners clients compliance requirements document collection
