    About Integer IT

    We're a friendly MSP based in Port Macquarie supporting a diverse mix of local clients. You'll join a close-knit team that uses modern tooling, shares knowledge, and backs your growth with real career paths.

    The role

    Be the frontline support and the Level 2 escalation in our Service Desk. You'll own tickets through to resolution, guide L1s, and escalate to L3 when needed. The work is a mix of phone and remote support, workshop tasks, scheduled onsite visits between Kempsey and Taree, and contributing to documentation and small projects.

    Reporting to: Helpdesk Lead.

    What you'll do

    • Triage, troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents and requests to agreed SLAs.
    • Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, basic AD administration, end-user apps and printers.
    • Handle scheduled onsite visits and device rollouts.
    • Mentor L1 technicians and contribute to KBs and SOPs.
    • Assist on small project tasks as required.

    What you'll bring- Essential.

    • Solid Level 2 experience, or you are a strong Level 1 ready to step up.
    • Confident with Microsoft 365, desktop support and networking fundamentals.
    • Familiarity with MSP tools (PSA and RMM), time recording and documentation.
    • Cyber Security exposure and understanding of its importance
    • Clear communication, good organisation, and a team mindset.
    • Be courteous, well-presented and conscientious.
    • Current Australian driver's license and full Australian work rights (resident/citizen or unrestricted visa).

    Nice to have (not essential)

    • Exposure to Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive admin, Windows Server basics, backup and DR.
    • Certifications with Microsoft, Veeam, Cisco or Sophos.
    • Understanding of Essential Eight maturity levels.
    • VOIP/SIP and NBN circuit basics.
    • Experience with medical software such as Best Practice, Genie or Medical Director.
