Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

chef: 2 years minimum (Required)

Job Duties:

updating menu according to seasonal material

monitoring quality of dishes in preparation and presentation

discussing food preparation issues with the cafe manager

preparing and cooking cafe dishes using relevant skills and equipment

selecting choice ingredients for the dishes

demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures

planning and implementing hygiene standard in the kitchen

training kitchen staffs
