    Position Details
    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our College Community. The Business Manager supports and advises the Principal to ensure there is sound financial management of the College. This includes the maintenance and future expansion of College facilities.

    In so doing, the Business Manager will work closely with the Principal to ensure Lumen Christi College reflects the mission of a Catholic school, and provides the necessary resources to support the achievement of key educational goals.

    This is a full time, ongoing position commencing as soon as practicable.

    Selection Criteria & Qualifications Required

    Essential


    • A strong commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and a willingness to promote and support Catholic values as a member of the Lumen Christi College Community.
    • Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Law or another related area.
    • Eligibility for membership to the CPA, CA, ACA or NIA.
    • Experience in Business Management, including an in depth understanding of strategic financial management, together with experience in the leadership and management of staff and administrative operations.
    • Proven Leadership experience at a senior level.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    Desirable


    • Experience and proven performance in a similar or related role within a school environment or other related working environment.
    • Substantial financial leadership experience.
    • Experience of leading annual reporting and planning cycles.
