- Trade qualified
- Can work in an often-challenging environment
- A minimum of 4 years mine site experience
- A minimum of 4 years post trade certification
- CAT Machine experience essential
- Experience with the following machinery is desirable: Atlas Copco & Sandvik Drill Rigs and Hitachi, O&K & CAT Shovels and Excavators
- A genuine commitment to safety
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a multinational team environment
- Understand cultural respect and awareness
- Willingness to mentor the national workforce to assist with further developing their skills
- Hold a current Passport (with at least 12 months validity)
- Be able to pass a medical examination, drug and alcohol screening and an Australian Federal Police Clearance
