    Job Title: Management Accountant - Property

    Spotlight Group Holdings (SGH) is a privately held Australian parent company which controls, operates and invests in a diverse set of businesses and assets.

    SGH is one of Australia's largest privately-owned and operated family businesses, comprising of several iconic brands and subsidiaries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the monthly P&L for Australian and NZ properties
    • Analyse financial performance and provide insightful commentary
    • Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly BAS/GST
    • Conduct monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Assist with year-end tenant outgoings and outgoings audits
    • Support commercial tendering processes with data and insights
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive change
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
    • Demonstrate strong leadership and a commitment to SPG's values

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in property accounting
    • Strong knowledge of Australian and NZ tax and compliance
    • Advanced analytical skills and commercial acumen
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to mentor and lead team members
    • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
    • CA/CPA qualified or in progress
