    PRIMARY DETAIL

    Exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to contribute to the successful delivery of the University's IT program of work, driving forward its Digital Transformation initiatives.

    •From $80,753 (HEW Level 5), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.

    •Full time, fixed-term role until December 2024 at Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus.

    •Work with a strong collaborative IT team, hybrid working arrangement.

    THE ROLE

    Our Student 360 (S360) Program, a key program in Macquarie University's Digital Transformation, is seeking a Project Administrator to provide operational support to drive efficient and effective program delivery, ensuring successful outcomes across the University.

    You will report directly to the S360 PMO Lead and will play an important role in supporting the implementation of a new, consolidated and secure student CRM (Salesforce) that will allow effective connection to successfully support students throughout their journey.

    The role will:

  • Provide administrative support to the S360 PMO, Program Manager & Stream Leads.
  • Receive, resolve and/or appropriately escalate enquiries.
  • Own onboarding & offboarding activities for the S360 Program, including administrative support during recruitment.
  • Consolidate and analyse data and information to support the S360 PMO and Program Manager's decision making.
  • Collate and prepare relevant documentation (including presentations and reports, draft communication for team/project updates, meeting agendas and follow up actions) required by the S360 PMO & Program Manager.
  • Provide administrative support for the purchase and delivery of IT equipment and services, ensuring alignment with relevant University policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and/or improvements of administrative systems, processes and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings between team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed, to ensure effective communication.
  • Comply with relevant EEO and WHS regulations.
  • Perform any other duties as required and as appropriate for the incumbent's level of competence.

    Additionally, you'll possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey information effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
