Job summary

The ICT Systems Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance reliability and availability of training systems and associated ICT infrastructure.

This role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware software issues maintaining system integrity providing technical support during training events.

The position requires strong technical expertise problem-solving skills ability to work collaboratively with team members stakeholders
