    This pivotal role delivers customer servicing, credit assessment and product originations technology solutions via both online and staff facing channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering enterprise applications that are critical to the organisation's digital and staff facing application across the bank.

    • Key role within the Ustomer & Engineering unit
    • Deliver customer servicing, credit assessment and product originations technology solutions
    • Influence Architecture and Solutions Design with expert knowledge of systems

    What you'll do:

    As a Siebel Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered to the business. You will apply your expert knowledge of systems to inform optimal designs, consult with the wider IT community, deliver accurate cost estimates, lead complex issue resolution, and collaborate effectively within a complex project environment.

    • Ensure adherence to agreed standards and processes within the organisation to fulfil regulatory obligations
    • Apply expertise knowledge of systems to inform Architecture and Solutions Design
    • Consult to the wider IT community to provide technical and/or domain advice
    • Deliver cost estimates for design and development phases in partnership with various stakeholders
    • Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex service issues during the application/development life cycle
    • Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders in a complex project environment

    What you bring:

    The ideal Siebel Technical Lead will bring extensive experience in Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) & Informatica. She will hold a Computer Science degree (or closely related) with a major in software engineering or equivalent. With over seven years of experience in Information Technology, she will have honed her skills primarily in systems development, support and maintenance. Her expert knowledge in at least one technical specialism such as Java, Git, Bitbucket or Kafka will be highly valued.

    • Experience in Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) & Informatica
    • Computer Science degree (or closely related) with a major in software engineering or equivalent
    • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, primarily in systems development, support and maintenance
    • Expert knowledge in at least one technical specialism, such as Java, Git, Bitbucket or Kafka
