    THE ROLE


    You will join our incredible Program Department comprising our campaigners, creative confrontations and communications teams.

    We're looking for a hyper-organised, dynamic and enthusiastic coordinator to join this team who will be our go-to support person. In this role you will be responsible for everything from diary management, finance and budget management, to event and volunteer management, logistical support and improving and streamlining processes and systems.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE


    You are someone who's extremely organised and loves working in a fast paced environment, you can work autonomously and as part of a team across multiple projects at the same time.

    You'll also have:

    • Strong budget/financial administration capabilities and experience;
    • High level administration and interpersonal skills;
    • Experience in research, analysis and reporting for a range of different purposes;
    • Excellent capabilities in using tech tools to improve the team's efficiency are a huge plus

    Salary: $77,000 per annum + super
