    Job Requirements:
    - Translate business needs into ERP system configurations and functional specifications.
    - Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
    - Lead or participate in project planning and implementation, offering ERP expertise.
    - Provide functional support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues.
    - Support system integrations and upgrades with cross-functional teams.
    - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
    - Collaborate on successful ERP system upgrades and migrations.
    - Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
    - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
    - Communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders promptly.
    - Report risks, issues, achievements, and improvements to management.

    Experience:
    - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
    - Demonstrated experience as an ERP Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, ERP Technical Specialist, or Systems Accountant.
    - Thorough understanding of ERP concepts, encompassing Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources modules.
    - Proficient in ERP system configuration, administration, and data management.
    - Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions preferred.
