- Excellent knowledge of Care Plans, medication and rostering
- A live, active AHPRA Registration
- Full Immunisation History including Coronavirus and Influenza vaccinations
- A Current National Police Check (NPC) within the last 12 months
- Valid CPR, BLS, First Aid
- Working with members of the immediate and wider multi-disciplinary team to provide first rate, person centred care
- Delivering skilled nursing, clinical, personal and end-of-life care for Residents according to care plans
- Complying with the clinical governance framework and quality management systems
- Proven clinical experience of working within an aged care environment
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer's, dementia and mental health conditions
- Demonstrated commitment to client service
- Strong English communication skills both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Accreditation Standards required to working within the residential care sector
