Job summary
We are looking for a Hotel Services Team Member- Reservations Agent to join our Reservations Team If you're enthusiastic about delivering outstanding guest experiences and being part of a team that celebrates local culture we'd love to hear from you.This is a Part-time role based on HIGA Level 3.
- Deliver warm efficient service across phone and email while sharing local knowledge and recognising IHG One Rewards members.
- Manage reservations with accuracy — updating profiles confirming details processing payments and keeping rates and availability aligned.
- Support group bookings communicate clearly with Sales Marketing Front Office to keep operations running smoothly.
