    Highly respected Builder Developer.

    They have created a fantastic name in South East QLD and due to recent project wins find themselves in a period of growth.

    Their project portfolio varies from luxury high-rise unit developments to large scale commercial / mixed-use projects.


    The Position – Site Manager

    Experienced Site Manager to deliver a luxury residential apartment project located centrally in Brisbane that starts construction in around 6 weeks.

    They are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has previous experience delivering residential apartment projects or mixed use projects of >$15M.

    This experience would have been gained from working with a well known Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder.



    The Requirements

    • A Trade background,
    • Proven experience delivering multilevel residential projects,
    • Experience delivering projects $15M plus,
    • Stability on your CV with previous employers.
