Your new team

The Data & Analytics (D&A) Engineering team is part of the IT Delivery and Software Engineering team within the CIO Group. Its main responsibility is to design, develop and support Intellihub's data platform and solutions to underpin product and service delivery and sustainable business growth. The team supports all parts of the business in Australia and New Zealand and is accountable for all facets of the software delivery cycle include vendor and internal delivery.

Your new role

The Reporting Lead Analyst is responsible for leading and governing reporting and analytics best practices within Intellihub. This role requires effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across customer groups and internal IT units.

The primary focus will be on managing the current business-as-usual (BAU) legacy reporting capabilities while working towards transforming our organisational analytics capability into world-class standards with the new Enterprise Data Platform.

• Develop and implement reporting and analytics governance framework compatible with the new Enterprise Data Platform.
  
• Establish and enforce standards for building and maintaining reporting within the new operating model.
  
• Identify opportunities to leverage the features and functionalities of the Enterprise Data Platform to enhance reporting capabilities.
  
• Drive initiatives to integrate data sources, improve data quality, and streamline reporting processes using the new technology.
  
• Mentor a team of reporting analysts within various business units through the transition to the new operating model and technology platform.
  
• Establish and facilitate a reporting community of practice
  
• Organise knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to help reporting analysts adapt to the new operating model and technology.
  
• Implement processes for quality assurance and performance monitoring specific to the new operating model and technology platform.
  
• Monitor data quality, reporting accuracy, and performance metrics to ensure the effective use of the Enterprise Data Platform.
  
• Lead change management efforts to facilitate the transition from silo ways of working to the new operating model based on the Enterprise Data Platform.

• Proven experience in a similar role
  
• Proven experience in Microsoft PowerBI
  
• Passionate in reporting and analytics best practices
  
• Proactive, positive, flexible and resilient
  
• Highly motivated to identify and solve problems
  
• Great communicator - able to present and influence at all levels of the organisation including Executive stakeholders.
