Contract Length:
Temporary contract - ASAP Start, 3-month contract with potential for 12-month extensionSalary:$36 per hour + superLocation:Eastern Suburbs MelbourneOur client is seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Revenue Services team.
This role blends the responsibilities of accounts receivable management with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, handling debtor inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Job RequirementsAssist in processing and distributing invoices, statements, and credit/refunds to Debtors using the accounts received system as required.Respond to Debtor inquiries promptly and resolve any related issues within your area of expertise.
Prepare monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable sub-system to the general ledger.
Provide high-level customer service by responding to varied inquiries both internally and externally via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Assist with the accurate generation of property rates and charges, including the operation and administration of direct debits, refunds, and new or amended waste charge requests
Job Qualifications:
Previous experience in Government, Healthcare, Education, NFP, or Public Sector in a similar role is highly desirable.
Ideally experienced in Infor Pathway system
