    We're currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our project design and scope from tender through delivery to practical completion. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery, while maintaining maximum profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain the Design Plan throughout the project's duration.
    • Coordinate all design elements among team members.
    • Monitor resource allocation and ensure effective utilization.
    • Plan and conduct necessary reviews, verifications, and validations.
    • Ensure designs meet safety, environmental, and operational requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Prior experience managing large utilities projects is highly regarded.
    • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
