    The Role:

    As a Business Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients and lead a dedicated team.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage your own client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact.
    2. Deliver business and tax compliance services to your client base.
    3. Provide strategic business, tax, and financial advice to clients.
    4. Assist with the preparation of BAS/IAS as required.
    5. Prepare client billings related to your work.
    6. Oversee and manage an outsourced team to achieve deliverables.
    7. Deliver business and tax advisory solutions to clients.
    8. Provide outsourced CFO and finance department services.
    9. Contribute positively to our firm's growth and success.

    Requirements:

    • Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Strong time management and organisational skills.
    • Exceptional client service abilities.
    • Proficiency in Xero, Windows Excel, Windows Word, QuickBooks, and MYOB.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • A relationship builder with a keen interest in learning new tasks, systems, processes, and software.
