Licensed Surveyor – Infrastructure
Location:
Perth or Bunbury, WA
Salary:
$150K – $170K + Super (depending on experience)
An established surveying group is seeking a Licensed Surveyor to support its growing infrastructure portfolio across Western Australia. This role can be based in either the Perth or Bunbury office, offering flexibility while contributing to a broad range of state and local government projects.
You will be part of a collaborative surveying team delivering engineering-focused work across major infrastructure programs. Reporting to the Manager of your home office, you will contribute to projects spanning MRWA, local government authorities, Landgate requirements, and tier-one consultancy engagements.
This position suits a technically strong surveyor who values quality outcomes and wants to be part of a stable, well-resourced business with a strong forward pipeline of secured work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver licensed surveying services across infrastructure projects
- Support engineering-focused survey work (construction-only profiles not suited)
- Work across MRWA, local government, and consultancy-led projects
- Oversee survey outputs using 12D and CAD platforms
- Utilise company-owned survey and locating equipment (mobile and fixed)
- Collaborate with surveyors, drafters, and locators across WA offices
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and quality across all deliverables
