    Business Development Manager
    $90,000 + Super + Commission
    Full-time, permanent position
    Wetherill Park, Sydney

    Are you passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in the industrial packaging machinery and tool strapping industry? Look no further Our Client is a well-established company specialising in all aspects of strapping and packaging systems, and we are now seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join the already well-established organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial packaging sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products and services.
    • Providing demonstrations of products and services to prospecting and existing clients
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Provide excellent knowledge on all areas of packaging systems, tools, machinery and equipment

    Requirements:

    • Experience with strapping equipment, packaging machinery, industrial packaging products and services
    • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the industrial machinery or packaging industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Loyal and dedicated professional looking for a growth opportunity and to see the company soar
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Relationship builder, honest, and integral to all staff and customers
