    HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a talented individual for an APS 4 Level Project Coordinator role on behalf of our client in the heart of Deakin ACT.
    This exciting opportunity lies within our client's Office of the CIO, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to enhance the Scheme.
    About the Role:

    • Provide essential administrative support to the ICT Integrity Transformation Delivery Branch.
    • Assist in maintaining branch governance by organising meetings and managing decision and action logs.
    • Facilitate smooth onboarding and off-boarding processes.
    • Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate proactively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

    About You:

    • Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Experience in project management office (PMO) or business administration.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
