Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Seafood Store Manager to lead and grow our seafood department across retail and wholesale operations.This is a full-time hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade takes pride in running a tight profitable operation.
The successful candidate will have minimum five years experience in a Seafood Manager role within retail or wholesale expert knowledge of seafood products sourcing seasonal availability strong experience in buying filleting setting up high-quality retail displays confident hands-on leader with a can-do attitude solid understanding practical application of HACCP procedures proven ability to manage tight controls around rostering wages shrinkage demonstrated success growing sales improving gross profit basic working knowledge of back office systems ability identify opportunities address issues early problem-solve effectively commitment maintaining safe work environment strict food safety standards availability work one weekend day part of roster.
