    Job Title: Treasury Lead

    Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick

    Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience)

As part of our Finance team, we are currently seeking a skilled Accountant to ensure the accurate and timely collation of daily treasury information and monthly reconciliations. This role plays a critical part in supporting the day-to-day Treasury Operations and contributing to ERP stabilisation efforts, while identifying and implementing process improvements.

    Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

    • ACCA Qualified or fully qualified accountant qualification
    • Good working knowledge of sales, purchase, and general ledger principles.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably gained with an exposure to cash management including cash forecasting and treasury principles.
    • Previous experience of partnering with senior managers to drive change and challenge the business.
    • Exposure to project management.
    • Experience in completing balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Previous experience of process improvement.
    • Knowledge of systems and advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.
    • Highly motivated with attention to detail and customer focus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supporting stabilisation of SAP in the Financial Operations Area.
    • Line manager responsibility for the Treasury Team.
    • Working with head office to ensure availability of funds to make payments in all currencies used by Calor.
    • Accurate daily processing of bank statements and payments.
    • Building and maintaining the SAP/Banking control environment.
    • Maintenance of relationships with banks and the parent company treasury team.
    • Resolution of issues raised by the business, AP, and AR.
    • Deputise for Finance Operations Manager where required.
    • Coordinating the Financial Operations Audit response.
    • Ad hoc duties as required, which may include supporting the wider Finance team.
