As a key player in our team, you'll be entrusted with upholding our exacting standards and driving the service department to new heights.

What You'll Do:

• Lead our team with confidence & expertise
• Maintain a culture of professionalism within the department
• Ensure Dealership processes are upheld with precision & integrity
• Strategically set & measure KPI's to maintain operational excellence
• Address customer concerns with responsiveness and resolve
• Cultivate strong relationships with our OEM partners
