Short Description: Join our culinary team at Robertson Barracks for an 8-month assignment supporting the United States Marine Corps (USMC). We are looking for a skilled Cook with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery to create and present delicious meals for our military personnel.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute meal preparation according to set menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure attractive presentation and maintain high culinary standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with culinary and support staff for efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Adaptability to work efficiently in a dynamic culinary setting.
• Team collaboration skills with kitchen and support staff.
• Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

• Own transportation for commuting to Robertson Barracks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a police clearance.
• Previous experience in military dining facilities (advantageous).
