- The APS3 Administration position will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Arranging travel for unit personnel.
- Monitor Messaging System and action messages as required.
- Perform a wide range of administrative and records management duties.
- Perform tasks that support the delivery of procedural, operational, administrative and business support activities across Defence.
- Have a good understanding of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence's mission and policy requirements.

The Role
The Administration Officer may be required to work on an occasional weekend and Tuesday nights as part of the Army Reserve parade format.
The Administration Officer will work within a small team to perform the day-to-day support tasks associated with administrative and personnel management functions at 9RQR.Tasks will be performed under general direction working within established Defence and Army policies and procedures utilising Defence's personnel information management and records management systems.
The applicant upon successful selection must be prepared to apply for a Australian Government security clearance.
