    About the role.
    Our client is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations professional to take up a senior management role within the business and lead their parts, service & Ironman departments. This is a rare opportunity to join a successful organisation with huge career development prospects.

    The role is best suited for an experienced fixed operations manager who is experienced in parts, service and 4x4 fitment; with a broad knowledge of these departments. This role is to be the linchpin between the parts and service to drive cooperation, teamwork and productivity.

    Skills & Abilities
    The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

    • Experience in Fixed Operations management
    • Experience in parts inventory management
    • Service and workshop knowledge is essential
    • Possesses exceptional communication skills
    • A drive to succeed and achieve key KPI's
    • Ability to build and develop customer relationships
    • Ability to mentor, motivate and develop staff
    • Be process driven and look for ways to continuously improve operations
    • Experience in managing a team
    • Professional and well presented
    • Current driver's license
    • Police clearance
