    Job Title: Customer Service Representative

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Novartis as a Customer Service Representative. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued customers in Australia and New Zealand, while contributing to the success of our dynamic organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide accurate and timely customer service functions for efficient warehouse operations, including handling phone inquiries, resolving issues, and transferring calls when necessary.

    • Process various types of orders in the SAP system, coordinate with logistics providers for order management and deliveries, and manage wholesaler credit requests, stock counts, and returns.

    • Collaborate with Demand Planners to optimize order processes, create and manage customer accounts, generate monthly NFCM compliance reports, and provide support for invoice processing and yearly audits.

    • Assist with out-of-hours customer service, emergency orders, and supply chain projects, while supporting the rebates team and processing rebate submissions.

    • Validate and process PBS pricing SOH claims, run and distribute weekly stock out reports, maintain customer licenses, and coordinate archiving.

    • Serve as backup for the Senior Customer Service Associate.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of experience in customer service or supply chain.

    • Previous experience working with ERP systems, with preference given to SAP SD experience.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
