    Job Description

    It's an incredible time to join the team as we prepare to deliver world class coverage for the next 10 years of the Olympic Games, starting with the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Paris 2024.

    The Melbourne Sport Sales team are responsible for commercialising an ever-expanding rights portfolio which includes NRL, State of Origin, NRLW, all four Tennis Grand Slams, International Cricket, Rugby Union and now, the Olympic and Paralympic Games

    This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that will pave the way for the successful candidate to gather significant exposure across a range of codes and a broad mix of internal stakeholders.

    The role involves having regular and meaningful contact with major partners of Nineto drive mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and Nine Sport.


    Day to day you will:
    Manage a pipeline of briefs and proactive ideas to competently meet and exceed Sport revenue targets, whilst accurately forecasting revenue to the business
    Liaise with Sport Content Partnerships team to deliver in-program exposure within sponsorships
    Create market leading responses and solutions for clients and deliver solutions to your clients that are strategically and creatively led
    Monitor audience delivery & conduct post analysis of campaigns

    This is a role for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive who is excited and driven by emerging trends and technologies.

    What we would like to see on your resume:

    Knowledge of Australia's sporting landscape
    Experience within a similar Sales role with Sports or Media focus (essential)
    A passion for sport & experience within a dynamic/fast paced commercial environment
    Excellent communication, relationship and account management skills
    Proven ability of delivering revenue success and forecasting
    Strong analytical skills, ability to understand revenue trends and use data to influence sales strategy
    Strong Excel and Power Point skills & presentation skills
