About the Role

We're excited to announce an opening for a skilled Inventory Coordinator Scheduler to join our Supply Chain team at the Kalgoorlie Explosives Reserves plant. The Coordinator will work on a 5 and 2 roster, collaborating closely with our manufacturing teams, third-party logistics partners, and ensuring the provision of accurate, current information.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generating daily and weekly Supply Chain reports in SAP to maintain stock accuracy
• Coordinating daily with sites and third-party logistics providers
• Monitoring 'Stock in Transit' levels to ensure consistency
• Communicating with Customer Service Representatives
• Weekly updates on additional freight charges
• Overseeing the invoicing process for all regional freight suppliers
• Managing redirected deliveries and coordinating with sites
• Monitoring queries in the shared Inbox and adjusting documentation in SAP

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a similar role in mining or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Understanding of distribution and logistics
• Keen attention to detail
• Capability to obtain required clearances such as National Police Clearance
