    A great opportunity is available for a dynamic individual to join an innovative team, where you will contribute to the development and delivery of website and digital marketing activities. As part of the collaborative environment, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation, support the coordination and management of events, management of internal and external communications and collaborate with key stakeholders to elevate digital presence.

    This is a hybrid role, 4 month contract with the potential to go perm, brisbane based.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and maintain content across digital channels, including website, email, intranet, and social media.
    • Support event coordination through the development and management of registration forms, attendees, calendar invites and EDM's.
    • Promotion of events through digital advertising platforms ( linkedin, Meta and Google.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and publish content and collateral for campaigns and activities.
    • Provide operational support for marketing campaigns, including coordination and asset management.
    • Review project requests, determine key requirements, and support implementation aligned with strategic priorities.
    • Work with internal clients, IT staff, and stakeholders to enhance user experience across digital platforms.
    • Monitor and report on digital engagement activities, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Utilize CRM data for personalized communications and automation.
    • Ensure accuracy of data used in digital marketing activities and track activity in CRM system.
    • Contribute to CRM and marketing automation capabilities, including maintenance and training.
    • Support the development and implementation of governance, policies, and processes to minimize compliance risks.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, tactics, and channels.
    • Proficiency in content management systems and CRM platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
    • Prior experience in project management and campaign coordination is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, Salesforce CRM and Salesforce marketing cloud is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
