    The purpose of this role

    The Partner Marketing position within GPS develops the strategy and orchestration to execute on the broader ambitions of GPS. In this role, you'll execute marketing strategies aligned with your Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, focusing on specific solutions, industries, and segments. Your efforts will drive measurable outcomes, meeting key metrics and revenue targets.

    For success in this role, you'll guide investments based on partner selection and market opportunities. You'll drive joint GTM plans across many partner types, aligning with the key Sales Plays within the Partner's business objectives, and supplement with local initiatives tied to global strategies.

    You'll execute sales initiatives, ensuring milestones and stakeholder alignment, and deliver robust GTM execution and results for prioritized areas, maintaining effective governance to meet business objectives.

    The role's responsibilities include the following activities.

    • Market Analysis: Understand and analyse the Azure market opportunities and competition in Corporate and Enterprise customer segments.
    • Solution Play Leadership: Lead the strategy and execution of Azure solution plays with partners, aligning with business objectives to bridge capacity and performance gaps.
    • Revenue and Consumption: Assess and optimize go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and consumption targets through insightful data analysis.
    • Performance and Collaboration: Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, collaborating with stakeholders for enhanced performance.
    • Co-Selling Advocacy: Promote partner businesses, support co-selling activities, and connect Microsoft and partner sellers for collective success.
    • Community Engagement: Actively participate in role communities and the Rhythm of Business, providing insights and best practices to foster partner growth.
