    We are working with multiple leading law firms who are seeking various Legal Assistants to join their Sydney Offices and support busy partners across differing practice groups.     The Roles:

    Legal Assistant - Corporate

    • Supporting multiple partners/lawyers within the Funds team
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience and confident in billing process
    • Ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, high attention to detail, team oriented and have strong communication skills
    • Full-time role, incredibly supportive and diverse team

    Senior Legal Assistant - Disputes

    • Supporting a detail-oriented partner within the Disputes team and delegating to the Admin Assistant
    • Heavily focused on billing and matter management
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and be confident in high volume billing, have strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Full-time (1-day WFH), excellent development and learning opportunities.

    Legal Assistant - Projects, Energy & Infrastructure

    • Supporting an incredibly friendly partner within the Projects team and work closely with another Assistant
    • This role would suit someone who has prior experience within an EA/PA capacity, as well as with complex billing and who is proactive in anticipating future needs
    • Must have impeccable attention to detail and diary management skills
    • Full-time (2 days WFH)

    Settlements Paralegal

    • Responsible for managing a range of banking & finance and conveyancing files from start to finish as well as working closely with solicitors to settle matters
    • Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of paralegal experience and be confident drafting and preparing conveyancing and B&F documents and correspondence
    • Ideal candidate will be confident using PEXA, be proactive, able to work autonomously and manage strict deadlines
    • Full-time role. Will consider someone who can commit to a 6 month contract
