    Two Year Fixed Term, Full Time Contract

    ABOUT US

    We're HealthX and we have a long track record of successfully placing registered nurses from a range of specialisations in roles across regional Australia.

    We're not an agency. Instead, we directly employ our nurses while they work in roles across a range of leading health services and hospitals.

    Our Registered Nurse (RN) Sponsorship Program, which has been running for more than a decade, has helped more than 500 nurses find amazing opportunities across the country.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We currently have a range of placements for Medical/Surgical nurses available in regional NT locations, as part of our industry-leading Registered Nurse (RN) Sponsorship Program.

    You will be employed by HealthX then seconded to work for one of our partners – a leading hospital or health service.

    HealthX will support you the entire time you're in your placement, through our Soft Landing program.

    You'll get to experience a new community and way of life, fast-track your career and potentially make some lifelong friends along the way.

    CRITERIA

    • Current AHPRA registration
    • Medical/Surgical experience required (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level)
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise work load
    • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Experience providing clinical, patient centred-care
    • A thirst for new adventures
    • Experience or background in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health would be well regarded but is not required

    Note: These positions are not open to new or recent graduates and the successful candidates must have a minimum of 24 months experience in an acute setting (in Australia or a similar healthcare system).
