    Project Manager - EL 1 (Affirmative measure - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment)This vacancy is only open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.

    We are seeking experienced and dedicated Project Managers to manage significant and complex projects in the Superannuation and Employer Obligations (SEO) and Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST) business lines.

    SEO is part the Client Engagement Group and ensures the complex ecosystem of employers, employees, retirees and super funds operate efficiently, supporting willing participation and safeguarding entitlements.

    The SEO program effectively delivers the best outcomes for the community, Government, and the ATO.

    EST delivers reliable, intuitive and contemporary technology solutions that build trust and confidence in the tax and superannuation systems and contribute to the economic and social well-being of Australians.

    As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for organising and leading work relating to the operation of complex legislative and business improvement projects, including the development of strategies and work plans to successfully deliver priority outcomes.

    You will adopt appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and program management frameworks to ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timeframes, requirements and on budget.

    You will analyse and define business requirements, design patterns, strategies, processes and work plans to provide advice, progress project activities and evaluate results.

    You'll contribute to the development of project artefacts for approval to relevant governing officers, committees and boards.
    You will develop effective stakeholder relationships, that support the resolution of issues in a collaborate manner.

    These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Sydney CBD, Townsville or Upper Mt Gravatt.
