They are seeking a Head of Finance to join their team and drive financial success in a challenging and rewarding environmentJob Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, manage multiple entities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and contributing to the company's growth

Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Oversee multiple entities and ensure accurate and compliant financial management.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and implement necessary controls.
Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decisionmaking.
Assist Team on Administration duties to assist and compile documentation to our external accountants relating to ATO /ASIC lodgements.
Review and Ensure tax compliance obligations are met including BAS, OSR, Superannuation, and PAYG.
Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Work in office 5 days a week Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance; CPA or CA in Australia
Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role, managing multiple entities.
Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
