- Tertiary qualification in Geographical Information Systems, Cartography, Surveying, and/or substantial industry experience.
- Formal qualifications or demonstrated experience in the disciplines of Service Management (ITIL)
- Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experience with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Substantial knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Geographic Information Systems, Business Information Management Systems; for example, in Enterprise Asset Management and Property and Rating, GIS programming logic, and spatial technologies and peripherals such as AutoCAD
- Strong spatial and statistical analytical, modeling and visualization experience and skills, including 3D, network, geostatistical, demographic.
- Strong conceptual, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, and communications skills.
- Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technologies and integrating diverse user systems.
