    Part time or fulltime hours available - WFH and flexible working hours CBD based office, close to transport routes potentially 6 month commitment

    We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to implement our Client's newly developed APP. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project implementation to the internal team.

    THE PROJECT

    The project relates to the rollout of a safety app for staff who undertake remote and / or isolated work.

    This person will be required to work autonomously, although supported and guided by a Line Manager.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Need to be able to draft an implementation plan;
    • Liaise with stakeholders (staff and Executive)
    • Attend the steering group to update stakeholders of progress and identified barriers
    • Develop / draft internal procedure (on / off boarding) etc, and training documentation
    • Rollout training to staff either face to face or via MS Teams
    • Consider / identify ongoing administrative actions required post rollout

    PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

    1. Project Planning:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.

    2. Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams in executing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

    3. Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies and contingency plans.

    4. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and gather feedback.

    5. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure optimal project performance and delivery.

    6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.

    7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.

    Proven experience as a Project Manager.

    Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

    Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

    Demonstrated leadership skills.
