Description
My client is a growing company who are looking for an experienced Manager with proven experience in the Manufacturing/Production area to help them ramp up production.
They have a very complex product and are wanting - over the next couple of years - to at least triple production.
You'll have a team of 6 reporting into you though as production grows you'll also be responsible for growing this team.
In addition to organising and overseeing the assembly and despatch of their products you'll also be responsible for the smooth running of their production unit whilst maintaining the quality of the finished products.
