    THE ROLE

    Working on the customer engagement team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to both the college and students.

    DUTIES

    • Provide a high level of customer service to students via phone, email or face to face
    • Responding to student/registrant enquiries (via email, phone or counter) promptly, professionally and accurately
    • Ensure enrolments are processed accurately and in timely manner
    • Provide guidance and support to students to assist with completion or transfer of study
    • Database entry of student information and completion documents
    • Support the Team Leader with a variety of tasks ask requested
    • Other ad hoc administrative duties

This role will suit you if you have a natural drive to provide excellent customer service and a desire to help people, whilst also holding necessary skills in administration, time management and a real keen eye for detail.

    A positive mindset is an absolute must, and a willingness to learn. If you have experience within the education sector, then this will be a huge bonus, however this isn't a deal breaker as to whether you are successful in the process or not.

    If you have experience using Salesforce then this is another plus, but if not, someone who is tech savvy and has the ability to pick up using systems quickly will be necessary
