What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will be working within our dedicated and collaborative team providing specialized nursing care and support to patients in our Geriatric Evaluation and Management Unit (Flinders Ward).
Flinders Ward is a 30 bed Unit specialising in the care of patients with multiple chronic and complex medical conditions including cognitive impairment and dementia.
This is a fixed term role working 32 hours per week. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment with great opportunities for professional growth
