    Job Description

    The Training and Capability Branch at the Queensland Fire Department leads an agile volunteer and staff development framework, coupled with delivery of strategic planning and innovative capability enhancement initiatives, to promote service delivery excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the development of the volunteer training development framework and products.
    • Assist in the design, development, implementation, and review of the volunteer training curriculum.
    • Support the administration and coordination of workshops and meetings relevant to the volunteer training development objectives.
    • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of systems, policies, and procedures that support the volunteer training curriculum.
    • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
