- Personal Care: Assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
- Mobility support: Helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions including from a bed to a wheelchair.
- Monitoring health: Observing and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
- Meal Assist: Supporting residents with their dietary requirements ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
- Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition on eCase.

Arcare Nirvana Avenue, Malvern East is on the lookout for a dedicated carer to join our home.
We are a boutique, 30 bed facility with a close-knit community of clients, families, and staff.
Salary Range
Minimum $29 - $31 per hour

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values its team members, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to develop its people.
We require someone available to commit to Monday to Friday AM shifts, with a total of 69 hours per fortnight.
You will be responsible for providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare's Values. You will play a crucial role in resident's overall wellbeing.
