    DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:

    We need a Primary Health Organisation Manager at to perform the following duties:

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the organization's

    mission and objectives.

    2. Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the organization's budget, monitor

    financial performance, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.

    3. Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members, including healthcare

    professionals and administrative personnel.

    4. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence

    to policies and procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    5. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

    and outcomes.

    6. Community Engagement: Promote community engagement and collaboration by developing

    relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and

    government agencies.

    7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data to measure performance indicators,

    identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.

    8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with legal and ethical

    standards.

    9. Continuous Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and

    regulatory changes to enhance the organization's performance and quality of care.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related

    field is typically required. Additional certifications or specialized training may be preferred.

    2. Experience: Previous experience in healthcare management or administration, preferably in a

    primary care setting, is essential. Experience in strategic planning, financial management, and staff

    supervision is highly desirable.

    3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and industry standards.

    Familiarity with primary healthcare models, population health management, and quality improvement

    methodologies.

    4. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a

    diverse team. Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to handle complex situations.

    5. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff,

    patients, stakeholders, and the community.

    6. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in healthcare information systems, electronic health records,

    data analysis tools, and other relevant software applications.

    Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

    Education : Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in related field

    Australian Experience : At least 5 + years of Australian Experience OR

    Overseas Experience : At least 5+ years of Overseas Experience

    Specialist : Nursing in Medical Centre

    Work Rights : Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
