    The Role We are seeking an experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our energetic team in Fairfield . This position is required to lead and oversee a team of logistics floor and administration employees to ensure orders are dispatched and work is undertaken in a thorough and timely manner. Role Highlights:
  • Supervision of warehouse staff
  • Respond to email and telephone enquiries
  • Manage the reporting of all receipts and dispatches for accounts
  • Construct and distribute daily reports
  • Manage daily cycle counts of high value stock
  • WMS administration
  • Liaise with internal DB staff and external Carrier customers
  • Filing of correspondence and sales orders
    • What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Strong leadership skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a Team Leader role within logistics or similar field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate and high attention to detail
  • Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of WMS and other warehouse systems
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
