    Our client is a leading international property and infrastructure group with operations in Australia, Asia, Europe and America.

    Together we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager for this large regional shopping centre. This centre is the leading retail destination in South Western Sydney, offering a wide range of retail, entertainment and dining experiences.

    As the Retail Manager, you will be reporting directly into the Centre Manager and is directly responsible for stakeholder management and engagement for all retailers and customers at the centre.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee the day - to day operations of the centre teams
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals
    • Lead, coach and inspire the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service
    • Ensure the team is highly motivated and engaged
    • Build strong relationships with tenants to understand their business needs
    • Coordinate with tenants on promotional activities and events to drive foot traffic and sales
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies
    • Prepare and manage the retail budget, including sales forecasting, expense control and profit maximisation
    • Report on financial performance to senior management


    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • At least 5 years of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a shopping centre or a large retail environment
    • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast - paced environment and manage multiple priorities
