    We deliver holistic legal advice to help resolve client's immediate challenges and achieve strategic outcomes, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients on issues that have real impact on our world.

    And our team is expanding.

    We're looking for a Corporate Lawyer (6+ PQE), to help our clients navigate today's complex legal requirements with a forward-looking edge, within our vast community of solvers.

    Use the know-how you've gained in Corporate Law, M&A/Private Equity.
    With meaningful problems to solve, you'll have plenty of opportunity to create change in areas you're passionate about.
    We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout.

    You'll learn plenty as you provide strategic legal advice to a variety of clients in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.

    You'll solve complex corporate advisory challenges and achieve optimal transactional outcomes for our clients in areas such as M&A, private equity, joint venture and board advisory.

    In our Corporate Legal team, you'll also use your Legal qualification to:
    Provide innovative and commercial solutions to clients' complex and diverse legal and regulatory challenges
    Provide technical advice across private M&A, and joint venture/shareholders arrangements and offtake agreements
    Provide general corporate and commercial advice, foreign investment advice, IPO/capital market transaction advice
    Work in and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, to provide market leading strategic commercial solutions to our clients
    Develop your leadership skills to train and inspire the lawyers of the futureSolve problems that matter to you.
