    About the OPPORTUNITY

    We have two exciting opportunities for Software Engineer's to join our project based at Ed Parks, reporting to the Software Technical Lead.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Working across all aspects of our HFS Export programs.
    • Undertaking all assigned Software Engineering activities, including related documentation, in accordance with identified project directives and standards, and commensurate with the lifecycle stage of the project.
    • Proactively providing status update information to relevant stakeholders, such as supervisors and/or project managers.

    About YOU

    • 2-3 years of Software Engineering experience
    • Understanding of the Software Development lifecycle
    • Working knowledge of C/C++ Programing language (preferably on Linux)
    • Experience in object orientated programming and development experience with the Qt framework
    • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of tools and Configuration and Change Management principles and tools, such as Git
    • Desirable but not essential: Familiarity with Data Distribution Service and agile development framework(s)
    • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
    • Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
