Description

We are looking for IT Support Technician to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design, implement, and maintain network systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related technical issues.
• Monitor network systems to identify potential problems and implement necessary solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Keep abreast of emerging network technologies and trends.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Network Support Specialist.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment.
• Familiarity with network security, including firewalls and intrusion prevention systems.
• Experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VLAN environments.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and subnetting.
• Dedication to staying updated on emerging network technologies and trends.
