- A good understanding of capture and bid strategy development.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to engage with Defence and commercial partners.
- Proven experience in project management and delivery.
- Knowledge of Defence project management and understanding of ASDEFCON ILS related documentation.

Calytrix is seeking a Business Developer to pursue opportunities in Calytrix's growing Defence portfolio, project manage a new and exciting Defence project and be part of our existing BD and senior management team.
Working with our management group, the business developer will be responsible for opportunity identification and capture, bid strategy development, bid writing and negotiation. As a core part of the Calytrix capture and BD team, the Business Developer will also share responsibility for the project management of selected extant projects and captured opportunities.

This position is offered as a full time role based in our Perth CBD office with a requirement to travel domestically and internationally as required to support Calytrix BD and PM activities.
